This session is designed for players looking to gain a real edge through advanced footwork. While recommended for ages 13–18, it’s also open to athletes outside this range who already have solid ball-handling ability and are ready for high-level training.
Expect instant feedback and individual breakdowns throughout the session — so you can make real-time adjustments and take away specific tools to improve your game.
Focus Areas:
✅ Creating Driving Angles – Use your feet to open up lanes and break down defenders.
✅ Change of Pace & Tempo – Manipulate rhythm to stay unpredictable and hard to guard.
✅ Body Control & Balance – Stay grounded, explosive, and efficient in all movements.
✅ Separation Footwork – Develop techniques to consistently create space off the dribble.
