WHAT TO EXPECT

Day 1:

- Engaging Ice Breaker to set the tone for the day and build camaraderie.
- Athlete Talk highlighting the importance of mindset and effort in basketball.
- A Strength and Conditioning Combine designed to test and measure athlete performance, ensuring it's both challenging and fun.
- Skills and Game Training focused on refining ball-handling, shooting, and passing techniques.
- Team-Building Activities to promote communication and teamwork.

Day 2:

- Calisthenics-based Strength and Conditioning session to boost flexibility, endurance, and body control.
- Advanced Skills and Game Training to apply key basketball techniques in real game scenarios.
- Focused Skills Training sessions to fine-tune specific aspects of the athlete’s game.
- Additional Skills and Game Training to integrate lessons and strategies.
- A competitive Scrimmage to give athletes the chance to apply their improved skills in game-like conditions.

Breaks and Lunch: We provide ample breaks throughout the day to keep our young athletes refreshed and energized. Lunch will be provided to ensure they are fueled and ready for the afternoon activities.
