WHAT TO EXPECT

Day 1:

- Ice Breaker to kickstart the day and encourage team bonding.
- A Strength and Conditioning Combine to evaluate athleticism, providing detailed performance insights.
- A session with a Recruitment Agency offering crucial advice on the basketball recruitment process and career opportunities.
- Two intensive Skills and Game Training sessions to elevate technique, strategy, and game IQ.

Day 2:

- Three focused Skills and Game Training sessions to apply advanced basketball skills and enhance decision-making in game situations.
- An inspirational talk from a Guest Speaker, sharing experiences and advice for taking your game to the next level.
- A competitive Tournament allowing athletes to showcase their skills in a live game environment, promoting competition and teamwork.

Breaks and Lunch: We provide ample breaks throughout the day to keep our young athletes refreshed and energized. Lunch will be provided to ensure they are fueled and ready for the afternoon activities.
